Casa Cabella

Casa Cabella is situated at number 1 on 80Feet Road, right by the Baner Gaon Police Station. It is a decent spot and we have been here for some time now. The street outside is almost always loud with traffic, but we try to keep things a bit more relaxed once you step inside. We handle the daily operations ourselves without any big corporate help or fancy management systems. It is just us and a few staff members who have been with us for a while. The kitchen can get quite hot in the middle of the afternoon, so we do as much prep as we can in the early mornings. Sometimes the plumbing or the lights give us trouble, but we just fix it and keep moving. It is the reality of running a local business in Baner. We have watched this whole area change with all the new buildings going up, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. People often use the police station as a landmark to find where we are located. We don't bother with flashy websites or paying for reviews. If you want a place that feels like a real person's kitchen, that is basically what we offer. We do the cooking and the cleaning and the accounts every single day. It is a lot of effort but we are used to the pace by now. We don't have a big sign, just a small one over the door. It is enough for people to find us.
