Carnival Resto Bar

You can find Carnival Resto Bar over at Survey No 84/23 on the Mundhwa Extension Road, right near Hadapsar 6th Cross and Sampige Road. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but once you get here, it’s a pretty lively spot. We open up in the late afternoon and usually stay busy until the lights go out. The place isn't meant to be some quiet library, it’s a resto bar where people come to unwind after work. We’ve got tables that have seen a lot of use and a floor that we’re constantly sweeping. The kitchen is always a bit frantic during the dinner rush, but we manage to get the plates out. Being on the Mundhwa Extension means we get a mix of locals and people driving in from further out. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or scripts we follow. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes we run out of a certain drink or the music is a little too loud, but that’s just how it goes at Carnival. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We aren't trying to win any awards, we just want to keep the doors open and the drinks cold. The address might seem complicated on paper, but once you see the sign, you’ll know you’re in the right place. We just keep doing our thing.
