Carb Tools India Pvt Ltd is out in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, at Plot No 22 in the S Block of the MIDC area. If you’ve ever been to Bhosari, you know it’s just factory after factory. Our place is no different. We manufacture carbide tools. It’s precision work, but the environment is very industrial. There’s the constant drone of the ventilation fans and the smell of cutting oil. We spend most of our time at the machines, making sure the dimensions are correct. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to stay focused or you’ll ruin a piece of expensive material. The S Block is a busy part of the MIDC, so there are always trucks coming and going. We have a small office tucked in the corner where the paperwork happens, but most of the action is on the shop floor. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make tools that work. Some of the guys have been working here since we first opened the doors. We eat our lunch together in a small break area. It’s just a regular life in the industrial belt. We work hard, go home, and come back the next day to do it all again. That’s just how it is here in Bhosari.
