Capo The Coffee Lounge

We are situated right where Karve Road meets the Juhu Versova Link Road at number 7. It’s a bit of a strange spot because the traffic outside is always moving so fast. Inside, we try to keep things a bit slower. We have a few coffee machines that we brought in and some mismatched furniture we picked up over time. It’s not one of those sleek, modern cafes you see in the magazines. The walls have some scuffs and the floorboards creak when you walk near the window. We make the coffee as people order it, so it might take a few minutes if there’s a line. I usually handle the beans and my friend does the sandwiches. We don't have a huge menu, just the things we know how to make well. Some students come in with their laptops and stay for hours, which is fine by us as long as they don't mind the noise of the grinder. We get a lot of light in the afternoons, though it can get a bit warm near the glass. We don't do any of that latte art stuff, we just pour the milk and hand it over. It’s a comfortable place to sit and wait for the traffic to die down. We are just two people trying to run a shop without too much stress.
