Caffa The Coffee House

You can find us at Shop No. 31 in the Muarya Complex. We are tucked away near the Sri Sane Gurujin Housing Society and we’re quite close to Vishram Bagh. Because of where we are, we mostly serve the people who live in the neighborhood. It’s a small shop, so it feels very personal. We don’t have room for huge groups, but we have a few spots where you can sit and relax for a bit. The complex can be quiet during the day and then it picks up in the evening when everyone gets home from work. We spend our time preparing things and keeping the counter tidy. It’s just a couple of us working here. We don't have a big corporate structure or a manager in a suit. We just do everything ourselves, from cleaning the floors to taking the orders. We’ve got to know the neighbors pretty well over time. We know who is moving house or whose kids are starting school. It’s that kind of place. We keep the lights a bit low because it feels more comfortable that way. The walls are a bit plain, but we’ve added a few things here and there to make it look a bit more like home. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just stay open and try to be a friendly face for whoever walks through the door. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
