Cafe Rolla Costa

Cafe Rolla Costa is located at Spencer Road 6, right near the busy Fergusson College Road. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets with students and people just walking around to see the shops. We are tucked away a little bit, but the noise of the traffic still reaches us all day long. Our space is not very big, so we have to be careful with how we move around behind the counter. Sometimes we bump into each other when we are trying to get things done quickly. The walls have a few scuffs on them from people moving chairs around. We see a lot of young people who are studying at the college nearby. They usually have their bags and books with them and they stay for a while. We don't mind as long as there is a seat for someone else who walks in. The windows look out onto the street and we spend some quiet moments just watching the people go by. It is a lot of work keeping up with the rush hours. By the time evening rolls around, we are usually pretty tired and ready to close up. Spencer Road 6 is a good spot for us, even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. We just try to keep the place tidy and make sure everything is ready for the next morning. It is just a normal cafe life here on the corner.
