Cafe H2O

We are located right on Wadgaon Road in the Deccan Gymkhana area. It gets pretty busy outside with all the bikes and people rushing to work. The cafe isn't very large but we have enough space for a few tables. We opened Cafe H2O because we wanted something to do in this part of town. Most days start around eight in the morning when we open the shutters. The sun hits the front window directly until noon. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and checking the supplies. It is mostly a spot where people stop for a quick drink or to sit for a bit while waiting for a friend. The walls are painted a plain color and we have some old pictures hanging up that don't really match. My cousin helps out on the weekends when it gets a bit more crowded. We don't have a big menu or anything. It's just the basic stuff we know how to make well. The fridge makes a humming sound that you get used to after an hour. Sometimes the sink gets clogged and we have to fix it ourselves before the afternoon rush. We try to keep things simple. There’s a big tree just outside that drops leaves everywhere, so sweeping the front is a constant job. It's just a regular neighborhood cafe where you can see the street from your seat. We like it here and we plan to stay for a while.
