We are located in the More Building in Vallabh Nagar, which is right in the Pimpri area of Pune. Basavaraj Biradar is the one who looks after everything here at Cadmax Solutions. Pimpri is a very industrial part of the city, and we fit right into that atmosphere of just getting the work done. Our office is quite small and modest, with just a few rooms for our small team to work in. We don't have any of those fancy modern features like lounge areas or coffee machines that you see in the big Pune offices. We just have simple desks and chairs that have served us well for a long time. The building itself is a typical older structure, and the local tea seller downstairs knows exactly when we will be coming down for a break. Most of our daily work involves solving technical problems, which means we are usually busy on our computers for most of the day. When the monsoon hits Pune, the roads in Vallabh Nagar can get a bit flooded, which is always something we have to deal with. We don’t really like using big words to describe what we do. We just take on the tasks as they come and try to be as helpful and practical as we can. It’s a small, honest operation, and we prefer it that way because we can just talk to each other directly without any complicated procedures.
