Being situated on Nagar Road means we are right in the thick of things. C T R Manufacturing Industries Ltd. has been part of this landscape for a long time. You can hear the constant drone of trucks and cars passing by outside our windows. Inside, it's a different kind of noise—the sound of manufacturing. It’s a big space, and honestly, it’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around. We have various sections for different parts of the process. The floors are concrete and have their fair share of scuffs. We don’t worry too much about appearances because the work is what matters. The staff here mostly takes the bus or rides their bikes to get to Nagar Road. We have a small canteen where everyone gathers for lunch, and that's usually the loudest part of the day. There’s a lot of history in these walls, though we don't talk about it much. We just keep moving forward with whatever the current schedule says. Sometimes the weather makes the roof rattle, but we’re used to it. It’s a solid building for a solid job. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a manufacturing plant on a busy road, making sure things get built and sent out to whoever needs them. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
