Burger Bouchee

We are over at Karan Park on Baner Road, right by Musale English School. It’s a busy spot here in Baner. We opened up because we wanted a place to work and sell some burgers. Most days it gets quite loud with the school kids coming by or people heading home from work. The shop itself isn't massive, just Shop No 4. We spend most of our time at the back getting things ready. It can get a bit messy sometimes when the lunch rush hits, but that's how it goes. Sometimes the fridge acts up or we run out of napkins, but we deal with it. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. Just some people making food in a small space. The street outside is usually full of cars and bikes. If you’re walking past the school, you’ll see us there. We try to keep the tables clean but sometimes things get missed when it's just a couple of us working. We don't have a big fancy office. It's just the shop floor and the kitchen. We've been here for a bit now and know the neighbors pretty well. It's a decent area to be in. Some days are slow, others we can barely keep up with the orders coming in. We just focus on getting the burgers out the door. It's a simple life here in 411045, just doing what we can with what we have.
