Brose India Automotive

We’re up on the second floor at Brose India Automotive, specifically in Office Number 202. Our building is part of the Panchshil Tech Park, which sits on Survey Number 19/20. If you know the Hinjewadi area, we’re right next to the Hotel Courtyard by Marriott and across from the HP petrol pump. It’s a very modern part of town with a lot of glass buildings and IT folks walking around. Even though it looks fancy outside, our office is just where we handle the daily paperwork and meetings. The commute into Hinjewadi can be a total nightmare with the traffic, so most of us are a bit tired by the time we get to the desk. We’ve got a view of the petrol pump from some of the windows. It’s a lot of computers and phones ringing throughout the day. We aren't a huge team in this specific office, so it stays relatively quiet inside. The tech park has some decent spots to grab a coffee, which helps when the afternoons get long. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit down, open our laptops, and try to get through the emails and projects. The elevator is usually crowded during lunch hour. We’re just another office in a big busy park, trying to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of it.
