Brewberrys

Pimple Saudagar 9 is where you can find us. Brewberrys is just a simple spot where we spend our days. The neighborhood is full of young people and families now, so there’s always someone walking by. I started this because I wanted something of my own in this part of town. The shop isn't very large, but we managed to fit enough tables for a few groups. Sometimes the door sticks a bit when it's humid, so you have to give it a little pull. I try to keep the music low so people can actually talk to each other. We get a lot of people bringing their laptops, sitting for hours with just one drink. I don't mind it, it makes the place feel full. The counter is usually covered with little notes and things I need to remember to buy for the next day. It’s not one of those polished places you see in the mall. We have some mismatched chairs and the lighting is a bit dim in the back. I do most of the cleaning myself at night after we close the shutters. It’s quiet in Pimple Saudagar then, and I can finally hear myself think. I’ve lived around here for a few years, so I’ve seen how the street has changed. I just hope we can stay here for a good long time. It feels like home now.
