Breezy Chef Private Limited

Breezy Chef Private Limited is based out of my place in Pashan. We are in the Kumar Peninsula building, specifically Flat B/104. It’s right on the Pashan Baner Link Road, which is a pretty well-known area in Pune. We chose to start the company here because it’s convenient and we already know the neighborhood well. The S No 135/1 Plot B location is easy for our delivery guys to find. It’s not a big commercial office, just a home-based setup for now. We spend our mornings going over orders and our afternoons planning the next day. Being a private limited company involves more paperwork than I expected, but we manage. My sister helps with the accounts while I handle the kitchen side of things. Kumar Peninsula is a nice society, and the neighbors have been pretty patient with us so far. We try to keep the noise down as much as possible, especially when we are moving equipment around. It’s a bit of a squeeze having a business in an apartment, but we make it work. We use the Link Road a lot to get to the markets for supplies. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours. We don't have a big mission statement or anything, we just want to cook and get things out on time. That’s really all there is to it. We’re just a small team trying to grow step by step from our flat. It gets busy during the holidays.
