Bismillah Haj Tours & Travels

Our office is located in Nana Peth, specifically at Ganraj Market inside the New Majestic Era building. Bismillah Haj Tours & Travels has been helping people with their travel plans for a good number of years. It’s a small shop, number two, right near Tarachand Hospital. If you walk past Shifa Hotel, you’ll see us. Most of what we do involves organizing trips for Haj and Umrah. It’s a lot of paperwork with visas and tickets, which can get quite confusing for people. We sit here and try to explain the process clearly so there are no surprises later on. The office gets really busy during the pilgrimage seasons. We have people coming in from all over the neighborhood to ask about costs and dates. We aren't a big travel agency with fancy brochures. We just talk to people and figure out what they need. Sometimes the phone rings all day and it gets a bit hectic. We also handle some general travel bookings when people want to visit family elsewhere. It’s a lot of responsibility because people trust us with their important trips. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the systems are slow or things change last minute. We just do our best to get everyone where they need to go. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the passport office updates.
