We've been at this spot next to the Punjabi Cultural Hall for a good while now. It's just a regular food place in Salisbury Park. People usually find us when they are heading to the hall or just walking around the neighborhood. It gets busy sometimes, especially during the weekends, but we try to keep things moving. We do our own cooking right here at 434/2. It's not a fancy setup, just a kitchen and some space for people. Sometimes the orders take a bit longer if we're short-handed, but that's just how it goes in a small shop. We focus on the food and making sure the kitchen stays clean. Most of our regulars live right nearby, so we know a lot of the faces coming through the door. It’s nice being part of the local scene here. We don't do much advertising or anything like that, just rely on folks knowing we're here. If you're near Salisbury Park, you've probably seen our sign. We keep things pretty simple. No big corporate rules or anything, just us making food every day. Sometimes we run out of stuff early, so it's hit or miss late in the evening. We just keep at it, day in and day out, at this same location. It’s a job we know well and we like being in this part of town. Our family has always put the work in here, and we're just part of the furniture now.
