We have been at Plot No. El-31/4 in the M. I. D. C. Bhosari area for a while now. Screw Tech Engineering Private Limited is mostly just a group of us working on engineering stuff every day. It gets loud in here sometimes with the machines running, but that is how it goes. People usually find us easily enough once they get into Bhosari. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just the workshop and a small office area where we keep the paperwork. Most mornings start with tea and then we get right to the jobs on the floor. It is a busy spot. We just stay focused on what is in front of us. Our team knows the equipment well. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the work is hands-on. It is not always clean work, but it is what we do.
