Our shop is tucked away in Bhosari, over at Plot No. 4/18 in Sector 10. If you know the PCNTDA area, you know it's full of small workshops like ours. We’ve been operating out of this unit for several years now. It isn't a massive factory, but it fits everything we need to handle engineering projects. We spend most of our time staring at blueprints or standing over machines. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we have to spend half the morning fixing it ourselves. That's just part of the routine here in Pune’s industrial belt. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by midday. We take pride in the fact that we handle everything manually when needed. It’s mostly family and a few trusted workers running the show. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, people just walk into the main door and find us in the back. It’s a bit cramped with all the raw materials stacked up against the walls. We try to keep things moving, though sometimes the logistics of shipping parts out can be a headache. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up, do the machining, and head home after checking the locks. It keeps us busy and provides for the families, which is what matters at the end of the day.
