Bharat Forge

You’ll find us tucked away in Lane No. 10 of Sai Nagar. We’re in the Jidda Appurva Society, which is part of Sukhsagar Nagar Part-2. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main roads of Pune. Bharat Forge has a small spot here that serves us well. The society is a friendly place. We see the same families every day. It feels less like a workplace and more like being part of a community. We have a small office space that we’ve made functional. It’s not decorated with fancy posters or motivational quotes. We just have our desks, our chairs, and the work that needs to be finished. The lane is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We usually just find a spot nearby and walk the rest of the way. It’s a good way to start the morning. The air is a bit clearer up here. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one near the door so people know they’re at the right place. Bharat Forge fits in quite well with the local pace. We do our thing, say hello to the neighbors, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple, straightforward life here in Sukhsagar Nagar. We like the peace of Jidda Appurva Society. It’s just right for us and the way we work.
