Our place is in Pune, out in Hadapsar at the Nirmal Township. We are at C2/18. It’s a busy area, and there’s always a lot going on with all the industry nearby. We work with forged metal parts. It’s the kind of work that involves a lot of heat and heavy equipment, though our office here handles the administrative side of things. We keep track of orders and make sure the schedules are being met. The township is a nice enough place to work, even if it gets crowded. We aren't into the corporate polish you might find in the big IT parks. We’re a bit more old-school. Our desks are usually covered in papers and part diagrams. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it works well for us. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we have a good connection to the Hadapsar community. We don't use big marketing slogans. We just talk about the metal and the specs. If something isn't right, we fix it. It’s a simple way of working. We deal with a lot of different clients, and everyone gets the same straightforward treatment. The office at Nirmal Township is where we coordinate everything. It’s a lot of work to keep the forge running smoothly, but we’ve got a system that works. We just show up every day and do what’s expected. No drama, just metal work and management from our spot in Pune.
