We spend most of our days here on the Main Ring Road in MIDC, surrounded by the constant hum of heavy machinery and the heat from the forge. It gets pretty loud once the shift starts, and the dust from the road outside settles on the windows by noon every day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, dealing with big chunks of metal and turning them into something useful. It’s not a clean job, and most of us go home with grease under our fingernails, but it’s what we do. The trucks come in and out all day long, navigating that busy stretch of the ring road. Sometimes the power acts up or a machine needs a bit of extra grease to keep moving, and we just handle it as it comes. It’s just a bunch of people working with hammers and presses, making sure the parts are solid. You can hear the rhythmic thudding of the shop from quite a distance away. We eat our lunches in the small break area, usually talking about the traffic or how the morning went. There isn’t much fancy about this place, just a lot of steel and hard work. The building itself has seen better days, but the equipment inside is what really matters. We don't spend time on shiny signs or big slogans. We just stay focused on the metal and the orders that need to get out the gate.
