Bhagyalaxmi Engineering Works

We’ve been here at 295 Bhosari Ghanshyam Nagar for a good while now. The shop is right on Ghodasar Canal Road, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re in the area. Most days start pretty early because there is always some piece of metal that needs fixing or a machine part that’s acting up. Bhagyalaxmi Engineering Works isn't a fancy place with air conditioning or a big front office. It’s mostly just us getting our hands dirty with the tools and making sure things work like they should. Some of the machines we use have been around as long as the shop itself, but they still get the job done right. People from around Bhosari come by when they have something broken or need a specific part made. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork unless we really have to. It's noisy in here with the grinding and welding going on, but that’s just how an engineering shop is. Sometimes the traffic on the canal road gets a bit heavy, especially in the evenings, but we just keep working through it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, more buildings coming up and new shops opening nearby. Still, we stay focused on the work at hand. It’s a simple business, really. We take the orders, do the machining or the repairs, and that’s it. No big speeches or complicated processes, just practical work done by people who know how to handle a lathe and a welding torch.
