We run things for Best Western The Pride Hotel out of our office in Pune. It’s located in the Vishrantwadi area, specifically in Unique Apartment at Flat Number 18. It is not a huge corporate setup, just a practical space where we manage the hotel’s needs and keep things organized. Pune is a busy city, and being in Vishrantwadi helps us stay connected to everything happening locally. We spend a lot of time on the phone or at our desks making sure the rooms are ready and the staff knows what’s going on for the day. It’s a lot of coordination, honestly. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always a list of things to do, like checking inventory or talking to vendors. We’ve been at this location for some time now and it feels like home to us. It’s where we handle the bookings and any questions guests might have before they arrive. The hotel business is 24/7, so even when we aren't at the desk, we're thinking about what needs fixing next. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy ads; we just focus on getting the job done right so people have a place to stay. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Pune community. Having our base in a residential building keeps us grounded and close to the real vibe of the neighborhood.
