Behr India is located at 11 Ashokban in Model Colony, which is a fairly quiet part of Pune compared to the rest of the city. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while. It’s got that old Pune feel to it, which we actually quite like. Most of us who work here have been around for years, so we know how everything works, even if the printer jams every other day. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just show up, do the tasks on our desks, and try to keep our clients happy. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and samples lying around, but we know where everything is. Model Colony is a nice place to be based; it’s central but doesn't feel as crazy as the main market areas. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Some days it’s all phone calls and emails, and other days we are just trying to organize the storage space. It’s just a normal job with normal people. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we always try to fix them before they become big problems. We’re just a small part of the neighborhood here at Ashokban, doing our thing day in and day out without much fuss. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
