Behr India Ltd

We are out here on the Pune-Nashik Highway, specifically at Gat No. 626/1/2 and 622/1/0. Most people just call it the 29 Milestone in Village Kuruli. Being in Chakan means we are surrounded by a lot of big factories, but Behr India Ltd feels like its own little world once you get inside the gate. It’s a long drive out here for some, but the highway makes it easy to move things in and out. The weather in Tal Khed can be a bit unpredictable, sometimes it's incredibly dusty and other times the rain just won't stop. We spend our days dealing with various parts and manufacturing processes. It’s a big site, so there’s always something happening in one corner or another. We have a lot of people working here, but it doesn't feel like those cold, empty offices you see in movies. There’s a lot of noise, the smell of metal, and people moving around with purpose. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look on the outside. As long as the machines are running and the schedule is being met, we're happy. It's a lot of work keeping a place this size going. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of the tasks at hand. It’s just a regular part of life here in Chakan, keeping things moving along the highway through the week.
