Banquet Sales

Our office for Banquet Sales is located at 32/11 on Erandwane Prabhat Road in Pune. This is a very nice part of town with lots of trees but the parking is a total nightmare. We spend our time booking halls and talking to people who are planning weddings or big birthday parties. The phone rings a lot and it is usually someone asking about dates or how many chairs we can fit in a room. We have a lot of brochures and photos of different setups scattered across our tables. It is a small team and we often have to jump in and help each other when it gets busy. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what is available and how much it costs. Sometimes the clients are very stressed out because they want everything to be perfect and we have to calm them down. Working on Prabhat Road means we get to see a lot of the local life in Pune-04. We have been doing this for years so we know most of the caterers and decorators in the area. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the dates don't overlap. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the parties happen on time and the halls aren't empty. It is a practical job that keeps us on our feet and we enjoy the busy seasons.
