We are located on the 10th floor of the Sai Capital building on Senapati Bapat Road in Pune. It is a pretty good spot because we are right opposite the ICC. Being up so high gives us a decent view of the city, even if we are mostly looking at our screens all day. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking about sensors and industrial automation. We are part of the Banner Engineering group but this branch is our little corner of the world. The traffic on SB Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late. We have a mix of engineers and sales people here. It’s not a very formal place, you’ll see people in jeans just trying to figure out technical problems. We have a small pantry where we all gather for lunch and talk about things that aren't work. Sometimes a demo kit is spread out all over a desk because someone is testing a new setup. It feels like a productive place, but we have our slow days too. We don't do much marketing from this office; we just handle the support and business for the India region. It’s a straightforward job and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. We have been in this building for a while and the security guards know us all by name.
