Balkrishna Engineering Works

We've been at 50/11/1 Vadgoensheri in the Peenya Industrial Area for a while now, right near Siddha Mandir. It’s a busy spot but it works for what we do at Balkrishna Engineering Works. Most days we are just busy with the machines and getting through the orders that come in. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular workshop where we handle metal parts and repair work. People usually find us by looking for the temple nearby. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because it's easier to keep track of things. The floor gets dusty and there's always noise from the tools, but that's just part of the job. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we have to wait it out, but we try to keep things moving. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down like this, honestly. Most of the guys here have been working these machines for years and they know the sounds each one makes. If something breaks, we fix it. If a customer needs a specific part turned or welded, we get to it when the current job is done. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a big front office or anything, just the shop floor and a small desk for the paperwork. It gets the job done and keeps the local shops around Peenya supplied with what they need. We just keep our heads down and work until the sun goes down.
