We are situated in Sector 21, Scheme No. 6, in Building No. 13/5 at Yamunanagar Nigdi, Pune. The pin code is 411044 if you are looking for us on a map. BALANCE & CARE is a place where we focus on helping people feel a bit better through different methods. The office is in a residential block, so it has a very calm and local feel to it. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a small waiting area with some magazines and a few chairs. The walls are a soft color to help people relax when they walk in from the busy street outside. Nigdi is a good area with a lot of families, and we see people of all ages here. We spend our time listening to what is bothering people and trying to find the right approach for them. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing cricket outside and you can hear them through the windows. It’s just part of being in this part of Pune. We keep our records in a big filing cabinet and try to stay on top of the appointments. It isn't a high-tech corporate center, just a practical space where we can do our work and help the local community. We are usually here from morning until the early evening, and we take a long break for lunch when the sun is at its highest.
