Balaji Travels & Tours

We are located at 420 Narayan Peth 26Th Main, 41St Cross Manik Prabhu Complex. Balaji Travels & Tours has been operating from this complex for quite a while now. Narayan Peth is a busy area, and being in the Manik Prabhu Complex means there are always people coming and going. Our office is a bit tucked away, but once you find the 41st cross, it’s easy enough. We handle a lot of travel arrangements for people in the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking on the phone, and trying to sort out tickets and schedules. It can get a bit stressful when a bus is late or a flight gets canceled, but we do our best to fix it without making a big fuss. We aren't a big travel agency with a lot of branches. We just have this one spot here. We know our customers by name usually, which makes the work feel a bit more personal. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some maps on the wall and a few computers. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going during the busy holiday seasons. It’s a lot of work to keep track of everyone’s plans, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We just try to be helpful and get people where they need to go from our little corner in Narayan Peth. That is the way we work.
