Balaji Travel

Balaji Travel is located at Kharadi 36. We've seen this area change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all the travel requests that come our way. It's usually just me and one other person managing the bookings. We don't use any fancy software, just a pen and a ledger for the most part. It keeps things simple and we don't have to worry about computers crashing. People in Kharadi know us as the place to go when they need a taxi or a bus booking. We don't put up big advertisements. Our name is on the door and that’s about it. Most days involve answering the phone and making sure the drivers are where they need to be. It can be stressful when there’s a lot of traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local travel desk helping people get to where they need to go. If a car is late, we tell you why. We don't make up excuses. It’s a small-scale operation, and we like it that way because we can talk to every customer ourselves. We’ve been at 36 Kharadi for a long time and plan to stay as long as people need rides.
