Balaji Engineering Enterprises

We are located at Flat No B 4 in Surbhi Kinara Apartment, which is right in the Vidya Nagar-Lohagaon area. It’s pretty close to the Pragat school, so there’s always kids and traffic around in the mornings. Balaji Engineering Enterprises started out quite small and we’ve stayed that way mostly. Being in an apartment building means our office is quiet, which is good when we have to look at technical drawings. We do engineering work, the kind of stuff that requires a lot of sitting at desks and thinking. It’s not all hammers and nails; it’s more about the planning and the numbers. Sometimes we have clients come over and we sit in the small office space we have. It’s a bit tight when more than three people are in there, but we make it work. Living and working around Lohagaon is convenient. The neighborhood has grown a lot since we first moved into Surbhi Kinara. We see the changes every day. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of workers. It is just us here, keeping track of projects and making sure the engineering side of things is handled right. People know us as the local guys who understand the technical bits. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished. It's a regular life, really, just balancing the books and the blueprints in a quiet corner of Vidya Nagar. We like it being simple and local.
