Balaji Engineering Corportaion

Balaji Engineering Corporation operates out of the Pesh Industrial Complex in Bhosari. We are at 9/79/1As, which is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the layout of this area. Bhosari is always humming with the sound of fabrication and machining, and our shop is no different. We spend most of our hours looking at blueprints or fixing bits of machinery that need attention. There is always a layer of oil on the floor and the smell of cut metal in the air. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long emails. Usually, someone just walks in with a part that needs fixing or a question about a specific engineering job. We do our best to get things squared away without making a big fuss about it. The weather gets pretty hot inside the complex during the summer months, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. Our team is small, just a few guys who know how to handle the lathes and drills. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen many businesses come and go in this complex. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks sitting on the workbench. It’s a steady kind of life, working with your hands and making sure things fit together like they are supposed to. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, but we stay until it’s finally sorted out.
