Bakedemy Llp

We spend a lot of time up here on the 12th floor of Ganga Florentina. If you know Mohammadwadi, you probably know where the Ganga Kingston society is, we are right across from that. Being at Bakedemy Llp means dealing with a lot of flour and sugar every day. It gets pretty busy in this flat, A 1201, especially when things are in the oven. It isn't a fancy office or anything, just our workspace where we get things done. Some days the lift takes forever, which is a bit of a pain when you're carrying supplies up twelve floors. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It's a quiet enough spot in Pune, though the traffic near Mohammadwadi can get a bit much during the evenings. We just keep our heads down and work. It is mostly just us handling the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. People sometimes ask how we manage in a residential building, but it works for what we do. We like the view from up here, even if we don't get much time to look at it. There is always something that needs cleaning or a batch that needs checking. It's just a regular local setup, nothing too complicated. We are just here doing our bit at Bakedemy Llp. The kitchen gets hot, and the space feels small sometimes when there are three of us moving around. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the flour gets everywhere. That is just how it goes when you're working with your hands all day. We are glad to be part of the neighborhood here.
