Badawe Engineers Pvt Ltd is based in the Rajshri Housing Society. We are quite close to the Mathi Ganapathi temple, which is a great landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in Pune-411004 puts us in a good spot where we feel connected to the city. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a place where we gather to work on engineering problems and manage our projects. We like being part of a housing society because it feels more like a community than a sterile business park. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood while you work, which is nice. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation. We are just a team that knows how to handle engineering tasks. Most days are spent looking at numbers and designs, making sure everything is solid. If you are in the area near the temple, you are basically right there. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just some desks, some good people, and plenty of work to keep us busy. We've been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us. It’s a comfortable way to run a business. We focus on the engineering and let the rest take care of itself. That’s how we’ve always done it and it seems to work out just fine for us in this corner of Pune.
