B P L Engineers is tucked away behind the Bhairavnath Temple in Narhegaon. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, located on Mr. Sanjay Gaikwad's property. We are out here in the Haweli Taluka area of Pune. It’s not the kind of place you just stumble across unless you’re looking for it. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly engineering stuff that keeps us busy from morning till late. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though. You can hear the temple bells sometimes during the day. We don’t have a glass office or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find us working with tools or looking over plans. It’s a hands-on kind of environment. We’ve been in Narhegaon for a while and know the locals pretty well. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in the middle of a project. We don’t really do fancy presentations or sales pitches. We just show what we’ve done and let the work speak for itself. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure things are built and fixed right. The roads around here can be a bit dusty, especially in the summer, but we don't mind. It’s a good place to work without the distractions of the city center. We just keep our heads down and focus on the engineering. It is a simple life for us out here in Pune.
