Ayan Tours

Ayan Tours operates out of Room No B 106 in The Island building. We are located on the 2nd Main Road in Saraswathipura, not too far from Eden Gardens in Chinchwad. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the main highway. The office isn't very big, just a room where we keep the computer and all the travel brochures. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking schedules. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren't using the lift, but the building is easy enough to find once you’re on the right road. We started this small setup because we wanted to stay local. There’s usually someone around to answer questions, though sometimes we’re out running errands. The walls have a few maps pinned up, but other than that, it’s a very basic workspace. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll likely just find one of us sitting at the main desk. We handle things as they come. It’s a bit informal here. We might be having tea when you walk in. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small offices, so it feels quite relaxed. We’ve been in this room for a while now and it serves its purpose. It’s just a simple place for planning trips and sorting out bookings.
