A.V.J. Engineering

A.V.J. Engineering is based out of Karve Nagar, specifically Flat No. 1 in Plot No. 21 of the Mahabali Housing Society. It’s a bit unusual to be in a housing society, but it works for the kind of work we do. It’s a quieter area compared to the main industrial zones, which is nice. We try to keep the noise down so we don’t bother the neighbors too much. The office is really just a converted space where we handle all our engineering tasks. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the society know us. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front. Mostly, it’s just us and our equipment. We spend our days looking at drawings and making sure everything is lined up right. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you’re on the phone, the next you’re out checking on a part. We don’t have a boss in a suit telling us what to do every minute. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a simple setup, but it’s been working for us. We like the neighborhood and the fact that we can just focus on our work without too many distractions. There is usually a pot of tea going and some papers spread out on the table. It is just how we like to run the place.
