Our office is located at Century Arcade on Kalyan Narangi Baug Road, specifically in units 243 and 244. It’s a bit of a busy building with lots of different businesses tucked away in the corridors. We spend most of our day dealing with flight bookings and a mountain of paperwork. The phones ring pretty much constantly, especially when the holiday season is coming up and everyone is trying to plan their trips. It’s a regular office setup with desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to find the best routes for people. Sometimes the internet is slow, which can be frustrating when you have a customer waiting, but we usually figure it out. The road outside Century Arcade is always jammed with traffic, so there is a constant hum of horns and engines coming through the windows. I’ve worked here for several years and I’ve seen the area change a lot. There are so many more shops now than when we first started. We usually get our lunch from the local tiffin service or the small stalls nearby. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s steady and we know the business well. We aren't a huge corporation, just a dedicated team working out of a couple of rooms in the arcade. We just focus on getting the tickets issued and helping travelers get where they need to go.
