Asset Management

We are located up in Lonavala at the Sahara India Nest in Bhangarwadi. It is a bit different running an office here compared to the noise of Mumbai or Pune. Most of our day involves looking at papers and managing things related to assets. The air is definitely better up here, though the rain during the monsoon can make getting to the office a bit of a challenge. Bhangarwadi is a quiet part of town, which helps us stay focused on the numbers. Our office isn't a high-rise building; it’s just a functional space within the Sahara India Nest area. We have been here for a bit now and have grown used to the slower pace of life in 410401. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet when the weather gets bad, but that is part of living in a hill station. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us handling the daily chores of the business. Lunch is usually something quick, and we often see the same faces walking around the neighborhood every day. It feels more like a small community than a cold business district. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done for the day. It’s a straightforward operation without any unnecessary bells and whistles. Everything here is handled in a very basic and practical manner by people who live nearby.
