Aspire Industries

Aspire Industries is tucked away in the M I D C area of Bhosari. Our specific spot is T-124 in Manjalpur. Being in an industrial zone means it is never quiet. There is always some machine humming or a truck backing up nearby. We have a lot of space here, which is good for all the equipment we have to keep. The floors are concrete and have some stains from over the years. We don't mind it much. It shows we’ve been working hard. The roof gets quite hot in the summer, so we have fans going all the time. It’s a bit dusty because of the factories around us, but that’s just how it is in Bhosari. We have a small area where we sit to have our lunch and talk. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time. We know the regular delivery drivers who come through the gate. Getting to T-124 can be a bit tricky if you don't know the turns in the MIDC. The roads have a few potholes that never seem to get fixed properly. We just focus on the tasks at hand. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist here. You just walk in and find someone. It’s a straightforward place for straightforward work. We like the grit of the area. It feels like things are actually getting made here.
