Ashwini Tours And Travels operates out of the Shrinath Complex in Hadapsar. We are right by Dnyaneshwar Paduka Chowk, opposite Navratna Mangal. If you’ve been through Hadapsar, you know how busy that intersection can get with all the buses. Our office is a simple one, with a couple of desks, some maps on the wall, and phones that don't seem to stop ringing. We’ve been here for several years, helping people figure out their trips. It’s not a polished corporate office. The chairs are a bit old, and there’s always a pile of brochures that needs sorting. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers or checking schedules for trains and buses. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but we don’t mind it much. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just focus on the people who walk in from the neighborhood. Most of our regulars are folks from the nearby apartments who want to visit their hometowns or go on a small holiday. We know the routes around here pretty well. Sometimes we’re so busy we forget to take a proper lunch break, so we just grab something from the stalls nearby. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but that’s the travel business for you. We just keep things moving, one booking at a time, every single day.
