So, we are over in Bhosari on Chapsi Bhimji Road at number 45. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise and movement around us. We deal with tools, mostly the kind of stuff that people in the nearby workshops need for their daily jobs. The shop isn't very big, and honestly, it gets a bit dusty because of all the metalwork happening in the area. We have shelves lined with various bits and pieces, wrenches, and hardware. It’s a bit of a maze inside if you don't know where things are kept. My cousin helps me out sometimes when it gets busy, but usually, it’s just one or two of us here. We’ve been at this address for several years. People come in looking for a specific part, and we spend a lot of time digging through boxes to find the right size. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. The road outside can be a mess during the monsoon, but we stay open anyway. We don't have a website or anything like that; people mostly just drop by because they know we’re here in the 1 area of Bhosari. It’s a simple business. We buy tools, we stock them, and we sell them to whoever needs them. Nothing more to it than that. Sometimes we stay late to count the inventory, which is probably the most boring part of the whole thing. It’s just how we run things here.
