As A Suport Engineer

Working as a support engineer keeps me pretty occupied here in Pune. I'm located at Maruti Kakade Abhishek Co-operating Society in Shahunagar, Pimpri. It's a busy part of town, which is fine by me. My job mostly involves helping people when their tech stuff goes wrong. People call or message when they can't get something to work, and I try to talk them through it. Some days are slow, but other days everyone seems to have a problem at the exact same time. It can be a bit stressful, but I’ve gotten used to it over the months. Living and working in the same area makes things easier for me. I don't have a big office or a bunch of staff helping out. It’s more of a one-person operation from my spot in the society. I have my tools and my phone ready to go. Pimpri is a good area with lots of people around, so there's always something happening. I don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. I just listen to what’s broken and try to fix it. Sometimes I have to go out and see things in person, but a lot of it is just remote work. It’s practical, honest work that needs doing. I've lived in this part of Maharashtra for a while now and I like being part of the local community here in Shahunagar. It is just a normal life doing technical support work every day.
