We are over at the Sky Loft in Creaticity Mall. If you know the area, it’s right opposite the golf course on Airport Road. Being in a mall means there’s always something happening around us, though we spend most of our time inside the office working on software engineering stuff. It’s a decent spot for a team like ours because we can just step out for a coffee or a quick bite whenever the code gets a bit too much to handle. The office is on the first and second floors. Most of the guys here are local or moved to Pune for work, so we have a pretty grounded group. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing with big speeches. We just show up, get into the systems, and try to finish our tasks before the evening rush on the main road starts. Sometimes the mall gets noisy during the weekends or holidays, but up here in the loft, it stays quiet enough to focus. It’s a practical space. We’ve got our desks, our screens, and a small area for breaks. It’s not a massive operation, but we have enough room to get the job done without tripping over each other. It’s been a while since we moved in, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Just a bunch of software folks trying to make things work from this corner of Pune.
