Arm Tooling Solution

Down in MIDC Bhosari, things move fast and it’s always loud with the sound of machinery. Our shop is No. 6 on the ground floor of the Orient Computer Services Building. It’s right near the Bhosari Bus Stop on the West Express Highway, so it’s easy to get to, though the Indrayani Corner Chowk traffic can be a nightmare in the afternoons. Arm Tooling Solution is basically just a place where we handle tools and parts for the factories around here. The floor is usually a bit greasy and there are boxes stacked up in the corners because we get deliveries almost every day. It’s not a showroom. It’s a working space where we spend most of our time checking orders and making sure the specs are right. Telco Road is right outside, so there’s a constant stream of trucks and bikes going past. We’ve got a small team and we’ve all been doing this long enough that we don’t need to talk much to know what needs doing. Sometimes a customer walks in with a broken part and we spend the afternoon trying to find a replacement or a fix. It’s practical work. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. You just walk in, tell us what you’re looking for, and we see if it’s on the shelf or if we have to order it in. It’s just how business goes in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
