At Aren Engg Pvt Ltd Pune, we work out of Flat No 16 on Plot No 7 in Balaji Nagar. Being in a residential-style building gives our office a different feel than a big industrial park. We are right here in Pune, Maharashtra, and we have been handling engineering projects from this spot for a while. It is a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time, though the traffic in Pune can always be a surprise. Our office is basically filled with drawings, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. We are a small team and we prefer it that way. It means we all know what is going on with every project. We don't have a big HR department or corporate policies that take up half the day. We just focus on the engineering side of things. Most of our day is spent calculating things and making sure the designs are solid. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but Balaji Nagar is our home base. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to do our engineering work and keep things going. It’s an honest way to make a living and we appreciate the local feel of our office location. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice. We just take things one day at a time.
