Arabia Tours Travels

Arabia Tours Travels has its small shop on the ground floor of Momin Apartment in Ghorpade Peth. We are right at Shop No 4, just across from the Makka Masjid in the Momin Pura area. It’s a lively part of the city, especially during prayer times when the streets get really full. We spend our days helping people figure out their travel plans, which usually involves a lot of paperwork and checking flight schedules. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds; there is a lot of waiting on hold with airlines and making sure passport details are typed in correctly. Our office is simple, with some chairs for customers and maps on the walls. We have been here for a while and most of our neighbors know us. Sometimes we’re busy from the moment we open the shutters, and other times it’s quiet enough to have a long tea break. We deal with all kinds of trips, whether it’s for work or people going to see family. We don’t use those fancy booking apps much; we prefer talking to people and making sure they have what they need for their journey. It can be stressful when a flight gets cancelled and we have to fix it, but that’s part of the business. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a busy life but we enjoy the people we meet and help out.
