Application Engineer

We're based at Varad Apt in Busari Colony. This is in the Kothrud area of Pune. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, but it still feels like home to us. As Application Engineer, we focus on the technical side of the business. Our space in Varad Apt is pretty basic. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of papers scattered around. It’s not a corporate office by any means. It’s just where we do our work. Busari Colony is a nice residential pocket. It’s relatively quiet, which is good for engineering. We spend a lot of our time figuring out how to make different applications work together. It takes a bit of patience and a lot of trial and error. We don't really have a sales team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people like we're neighbors. That’s how things are done here in Pune. We’ve been at this for some time now. The building is easy to spot once you're in Busari Colony. We don't use any mission statements or big words. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes we go out to the local shops for a break and some snacks. Pune is a good city for engineers, there’s a lot of knowledge around. We just try to do our part from our little corner in Kothrud. It’s honest work and we like it that way. No frills, just engineering. That's who we are at Varad Apt.
