We operate out of a small space in Sukhsagar Nagar, specifically at Survey No 61, Galli No 20. It is tucked away in the Sai Nagar area of Kondhwa Budruk. Most of our work happens in the back where the big pots and stoves are. It’s a busy, loud environment with lots of chopping and the smell of spices in the air. We aren't a fancy shop with a big window display. Mostly, people just find us through word of mouth in the 411048 neighborhood. We spend our days preparing for local events or small gatherings. My hands usually smell like onions or garlic by the end of the day, which is just part of the job. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to cook for a crowd. Sometimes we're up at four in the morning to start the prep work if there’s a big order due. The floor in the kitchen is always getting scrubbed because things get messy fast when you're working with large quantities of food. We use the Kasat Chal area as our base and we've been here long enough that we know all the delivery guys by name. It’s hard work and your back definitely feels it after a long shift, but we just keep at it. It’s a local business through and through, focused on the cooking.
