Down in Bhosari at W/93, that is where you will find us. It’s a big industrial area, and the W block has its own particular feel compared to the rest of the town. Amtek Auto Ltd is basically a place where we work with parts and machinery all day long. It certainly isn't a quiet office job. There is the constant sound of machines running and the clatter of metal parts being moved around the floor. The address W/93 is a big space, enough for us to do what we need to do without getting in each other's way too much. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or making the place look like a gallery. It’s a factory environment, through and through. The floor is concrete, the lights are bright, and there is always work to be done. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly delivery trucks or workers from other nearby units. Bhosari is the heart of this kind of work in the region, and we have been a part of it for a while now. The days are long and often involve getting our hands quite dirty. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a schedule and a lot of components to handle before we leave. It is practical and sometimes a bit chaotic, but we know how the whole system works. When the shift ends, we just lock up the gates and head home like everyone else in the industrial estate.
